This policy explains what personal information Second Innings Seniors Care collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, optional email, the service you need, the city you're in, and any message you send. If you become a client we additionally collect care-related information necessary to deliver service safely.
How we use your information
We use your contact details to call you back about your enquiry, send service updates and care reports, and — if you opt in — share occasional updates about senior-care topics. We never sell your data to third parties.
Who we share with
We share information only with our caregivers and supervisors who are delivering your care, with your treating doctor when you ask us to, and with statutory authorities if required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months unless you become a client. Client care records are retained per Indian medical record-keeping norms.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to [email protected]. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communication at any time.
