Every visit you receive is delivered by someone our supervisor knows by name. Here's how we hire, train and support them.
We start with credentials — GNM/B.Sc for nurses, GDA certification for caregivers, BPT/MPT for physiotherapists. Every applicant goes through document verification, an in-person interview, a clinical skills test, a background check via a third-party agency, and a probation period under a senior supervisor.
New joiners spend their first two weeks shadowing experienced staff and completing modules on senior-specific care: dignity in personal care, dementia communication, falls prevention, infection control, and family etiquette. Refresher training continues every quarter.
A 24/7 supervisor handles emergencies, leaves, and family escalations. Caregivers and nurses have a direct line to a senior medical advisor, and rotational counselling is available — caring is hard work, and supported caregivers care better.
